Soy
Full fat soy beans are mainly used in food products for their functionality, especially in (gluten free) bakery products. We proces soybeans since the 1950's and offers a complete assortment of full fat flours, granulates and fibres.
All our soy products are Non-GM and most of them are also available in organic and gluten free. We source our soy beans with a Non-GM status, coming from IP programs out of “old”, cultivating areas, which have been in existence for several years.
Why use soy ingredients?
Full fat soy offers multiple functionalities: whitening capabilities, emulsifying properties, decoration purposes, and water binding capabilities. Soy can also improve the products structure and mouth feel. Its natural high protein content of 40 % can also contribute to the nutritional value of products.
