We process allergen free, specialty grains into natural food ingredients.
We offer a product called Flav-R Grain Non GM; a stabilized and granulated corn product that we produce in our newly build processing facility in Twello. Flav-R Grain is designed to give a stone-ground appearance to multi-grain products and offers a pleasant nutty, whole-grain flavour and aroma.
We also offer stabilized whole oat flours which are gluten free due to intensive chain management from seed to fields to flour.

Specialty grain products FRANK Food Products
We process the germs from corn into Flav-R Grain Non GM. It is used in combination with masa flour to produce tortilla products that are representative of a traditional fresh cooked, steeped corn process while affording the convenience and consistency of a masa flour process. The use of Flav-R Grain Non GM will produce a dark point of grain identity with a nutty flavour note. It can be used for example in fresh corn tortillas, tortilla chips, taco shells, extruded snacks, cereals and multi grain snacks. Besides it is also used as a (partial) nut replacer.
The oat flours we produce are stabilized, gluten free, whole oat flours and have a high amount of beta-glucan, a high quality protein and an excellent taste profile. It gives a clean label solution and is ideal to use in several applications like sports nutrition and healthy ageing food products.
